Jade is proficient in conducting functional and cognitive assessments, creating thorough Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and guiding fellow practitioners. In her prior position, she focused on improving service delivery, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Jade's unwavering dedication to ongoing education underscores her mission to promote mental well-being and enrich the lives of her participants.

Kaleb brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to enhancing individual and family well-being through his role. His strengths lie in his ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and craft tailored support plans that address unique needs. Kaleb’s advanced clinical reasoning skills enable him to develop and implement effective behaviour interventions while adhering to ethical standards. His dedication to training and supporting others, combined with his ability to forge strong partnerships with service providers, highlights his invaluable contribution to positive behavioural support and psychological therapies.

Kerri

HR and Compliance Manager

Kerri is a wife and mother of two, as well as a huge animal lover. Her previous roles have been in the mental health support work space followed by support coordination. She is passionate about connecting with her clients, discovering their personal goals and values, and then supporting them on their journey to living their life to the fullest, the way that they envision.

Lara

SIL Coordinator

Lara brings a strong mix of education and experience to the team. She has completed studies in Tourism, Commercial Cookery, and Nutrition & Dietetic Assistance at TAFE. Her career has been driven by a passion for helping others — especially through improving access to good nutrition.

She is currently focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services and plays a key role in coordinating the team to ensure consistent, compassionate support.

Ashleigh

Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner


In addition to being a PBSP, Ashleigh has a background in early intervention therapy and carer lead capacity building programs. Along with a Bachelor of psychology with a minor in children and family services.

Nate

Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner

Nate brings extensive experience in providing therapeutic support for adults, families, and young people with dedication and empathy. He excels in planning, developing, and implementing complex individual support plans, demonstrating exceptional skills in stress management, effective communication, and cross-discipline collaboration. Nate supports individuals in achieving their goals through a comprehensive approach within the NDIS framework.

With over 13 years in healthcare and pursuing a Masters in Counselling, Emily is committed to compassionate, holistic care
that enhances quality of life.
Emily prioritises understanding each individual's unique needs, tailoring care to improve well-being. Integrating data analysis
and evidence-based research, upholding ethical standards, respecting autonomy and dignity.
Passionate about promoting healthy sexual expression, Emily strives to create a supportive environment where individuals
feel empowered in their sexual health and relationships.

Chelsea has a background in support work and early childhood intervention. Following her interest in psychology, she has completed a bachelor of psychological science (honours) and has travelled to different countries to complete some short courses on eastern wellness modalities (and informal learning experiences!) to better incorporate cross-cultural awareness on wellness. Her ethos surrounding behaviour support is to meet people where they are without judgement, understanding what quality of life means to each individual, and to commit to an ethical and evidence-based practice. Chelsea dedicates herself to lifelong learning.

Grace is an all-rounder Therapeutic Arts enthusiast. Dedicated to understanding psychology and wellbeing, Grace spent the past 5 years supporting those with complex behaviours and mental health challenges. Through this work, she witnessed the expressive and healing benefits of music, drama and art, inspiring her to complete a Graduate Diploma of Creative Arts Therapies in WA.

Grace aims to create safe spaces for participants to explore and express themselves through the arts. Grace prioritises validating each person’s unique experience and building confidence to celebrate their strengths. She is passionate about enhancing wellbeing through playful yet self-reflective creative arts processes.

Cuddle Expert & Chief Happiness Officer

I'm a 3/4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and 1/4 Beagle, but I like to think of myself as 100% Good Girl. I'm in charge of happiness in the workplace - it takes a lot of hard work giving the right cuddles and lovey eyes to everyone.
